Hannah teaches Flow Yoga classes where breath is linked to movement and poses. Hannah’s teaching is centered around organic breath movement, dynamic transitions, and reflective dialogue that encourages students to arrive more fully in the present moment, enabling them to make intelligent choices, and gaining a confident awareness of their bodies and all that it houses. In her sequencing, you will intelligently and creatively explore accessible arm balancing, challenging transitions, and a feel-good flow of asanas (poses).
Though teaching asana, Hannah does not want her students to simply mimic shapes and movements, and instead challenges them to work on proprioceptively understanding their bodies and the many ways in which they can move from a place of strength, fluidity, and overall awareness. Hannah integrates the traditional yoga philosophy and postural practice with her other areas of movement expertise to create a fun yet challenging environment where students grow into more intelligent movers on and off of their mats!
